Easy transport, cozy stay

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout our three-night stay. The nearby tram and bus links made getting to the city center and airport a breeze, with public transit free for tourists. The room was clean and bright, offering a comfortable retreat after our daily explorations. A complimentary travel card for even more convenience.

However, the WiFi connection was a bit challenging to set up, and the pillows weren’t as comfy as we'd hoped. We also noticed a strange smell in the lobby upon arrival, which could use some improvement. While these were minor inconveniences, they did take away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The reception staff was unhelpful and did not provide clear instructions regarding WiFi or breakfast locations. My room was not cleaned daily as expected, with no refills for towels or toilet paper. The mattress was uncomfortable, adding to my disappointment during the stay.

Great location with easy access to both the tram and bus stations, making it simple to explore the city and even get to the airport. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, though some amenities felt basic, giving off a somewhat dorm-like vibe. Unfortunately, the mattress was a bit too soft for comfort, and the lack of variety in TV channels was disappointing. Nonetheless, the breakfast provided a nice touch with homemade jams and a friendly breakfast host that elevated the morning experience.

The Ibis Geneve Petit Lancy offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and very friendly staff, making the experience enjoyable. It's conveniently close to public transportation for easy access to the city center. However, the bathroom could use better insulation for privacy.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We visited the beautiful Jet d'Eau and enjoyed the local markets. The location was super convenient with tram access right outside. The staff were really friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was decent, and the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our group! Definitely a great place to stay.

However, there were moments of frustration when we asked for an extra bed, and they informed us that the hotel does not provide that service, which limited our comfort a bit.

The staff was super friendly and helped with everything we needed. Breakfast was solid, especially loved the coffee. The tram stop right outside made it easy to explore the city. Only thing was the shower didn’t have great water pressure, but overall, it was a pretty chill stay.

Good place with its Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff even helped with my luggage on my first stay, creating a cute atmosphere. I highly recommend enjoying the great coffee available.
